may boot using the maintenance disks, mount the drive on which the

installation failed, and read the LOG.INSTALL file in the /var/spool/install

directory.

Restarting the Installation

If the installation process is interrupted (canceled) at any time during the

performance of the installation procedures discussed in the following sections,

you can restart it by using one of the following methods:

• If you accidentally remove Boot flex #2 or Boot flex #3 before the

installation completes, you must restart by rebooting the system from

Boot flex #1.

• If you interrupt (cancel) the installation, you may restart the process by

pressing Ctrl + D.
